Twitch offers emotes that can be used in the livechat.

When activated, most emotes can be used on every Twitch channel.

There are several tiers and they all offer different emotes:

Follower emotes – 100% free, just hit the follow button

Tier 1 – Subscribe on tier 1 (or Prime) to get these emotes. There are standard and animated emotes:
